艾米莉·狄金森是美国最重要的女诗人,她一生创作一千七百多首诗,却未能活着看到自己的成功,她的诗具有惊人的完整和独创性。她一生遭受多次打击却不屈从于命运摆布,她性格孤僻,深居简出,但观察敏锐、细腻和独特,“大自然”、“死亡”、“永恒”是她所喜爱的主题。本文主要分为下列三个部分:一、艾米莉·狄金森的生平及其局限性;二、艾米莉诗歌的写作特点:三、对艾米莉几首诗歌的评析。
Emily Dickinson is the most important female poet in the United States. She wrote more than 1,700 poems throughout her life but failed to see her success alive. Her poems are amazingly complete and original. She suffered many blows throughout her life but did not succumb to her fate. She was withdrawn and rescued. However, her observations were sharp, delicate and unique. Nature, Death and Eternity were her favorite themes. This article is mainly divided into the following three parts: First, Emily Dickinson’s life and its limitations; Second, the writing characteristics of Emily poetry: Third, some of Emily’s comments on poetry.
