在２０世纪最后的２０年里，借助 突飞猛进的科学技术，人类已经能够将多种信息数字化，继而通过因特网去实现信息资源的全球共享。信息，正在成为现代社会重要的战略资源；信息生产力，能够完全把人从物质生产的过程中解放出来。信息化则是人类社会走向可持续发展的必然选择。
In the last two decades of the twentieth century, mankind has been able to digitize a variety of information with rapid advances in science and technology, and then enable the global sharing of information resources through the Internet. Information is becoming an important strategic resource in modern society. Information productivity can completely liberate people from material production. Informationization is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of human society.
