新课程理念强调自主、合作、探究的学习方式和启发式的教学方式,转变过去灌输式教学为体验式、参与式、自主式教学,凸现学生学习的主体性、自主性,构建焕发学生生命活力的课堂教学,提高课堂教学的有效性。关于如何建构体现新课程理念的、具有实效性的课堂教学,是我们每位新课程教师共同面对的新问题。笔者认为当下新课程要尽快转变多年以来养成的“先教后学”的习惯做法及观念,构建适应新课程理念的“先学后导”的有效教学观。这里的“先学后导”中所指的“学”
