应用彩色多普勒超声心动图和核素心血池显像检测５３例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能。结果显示患者左心室功能异常，尤其伴血管并发症者。超声心动图发现４１．５％患者左室舒张功能异常，１８．９％左室收缩功能异常。核素心血池显像显示２８．３％患者左室舒张功能异常，３９．６％左室收缩功能异常。研究表明，Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能障碍常见，多普勒超声和放射性核素可用于探测糖尿病患者早期心功能异常。
Color Doppler echocardiography and radionuclide imaging were used to detect left ventricular function in 53 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The results showed that patients with left ventricular dysfunction, especially with vascular complications. Echocardiography found abnormal left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in 41.5% of patients and abnormal left ventricular systolic function in 18.9%. Radionuclide imaging showed that left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and left ventricular systolic dysfunction were found in 28.3% of the patients. Studies have shown that in patients with type 2 diabetes, left ventricular dysfunction is common, Doppler ultrasound and radionuclide can be used to detect early cardiac dysfunction in patients with diabetes.
