轻钢龙骨质轻、高强、施工简便,因而广泛应用于实际工程中。为给轻钢龙骨吊顶挠度限值的研究提供一定的试验依据,对轻钢龙骨吊顶的挠度进行试验研究。共设计7个试件,主、副龙骨选用U38、C50两种截面形式,以主、副龙骨的跨度为主要变化参数,分析不同跨度下龙骨的破坏特征、荷载-挠度曲线。试验结果与理论值吻合较好;跨度大于1 200 mm的情况下,主龙骨容易发生弯扭失稳,副龙骨不发生失稳,实际工程中应使龙骨跨度不大于1 200 mm。
Light steel keel light, high strength, easy construction, which is widely used in practical projects. In order to provide some experimental basis for the study of deflection limit of light steel keel ceiling, the deflection of light steel keel ceiling is tested. A total of seven specimens were designed. The main and secondary keels were selected by U38 and C50 cross sections. The main and secondary keel span were taken as the main parameters to analyze the failure characteristics and load-deflection curve of the keel under different span. The test results are in good agreement with the theoretical values. When the span is more than 1 200 mm, the main keel is prone to buckling and instability, and the deputy keel does not buckle down. In actual engineering, the span of the keel should not exceed 1 200 mm.
