y7131型齿轮磨床是六十年代的老机床,生产任务繁重。在加工产品的过程中,滑板部件上的摇摆机构链条易断,给生产和维修工作带来了困难。经现场分析,认为滑板在速度高,行程大的往复运动中,链条的实际承载拉力大于滑板及磨具的总重量。它还需承受以下几个方面的力矩: 1.克服因链条悬挂中心和滑板部件重心不重合产生的力矩。 2.滑板在往复运动中的交变惯性冲击力所产生的力矩等。此外,链条节在负载重、时间长、频率高的往复运动中,链轴与链板处于摩擦,加快了损耗,会使链条断损。为了提高链条的负载能力,曾改用过双链条,然而,又因为各根链条的受力不均匀,仍然发生断链条故障。针对上述问题,对原机构进行了改造(如图)。它是将偏心凸轮改成摇臂,并在它的两个支承点安装滚动轴承。滑板上部的挂耳9,通过活支点轴8,经可调拉环套5,拉环杆4及摇臂1和拉环螺杆7,可调拉环套10与等拉力弹簧连接。由于本结构上的四个支承点为活动支承,其整体运动自如。当用手转动后
