利用有丝分裂染色体核型分析的方法 ,鉴定同源四倍体大白菜小孢子株系 940 5 1为 3号、 6号染色体双三体 ;在其与冠 2 91杂交的F1代中 ,利用减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体观察的方法 ,鉴定出了 3号染色体三体和 6号染色体三体 ,并对F1代中的两种三体及双三体的数目进行统计 ,计算出双三体中的 3号、 6号额外染色体的雌配子传递率分别为 2 8.2 6 %和 47.83%;利用TTC染色方法测定 3号染色体三体、 6号染色体三体及双三体的花粉生活力 ,结果表明 :3号染色体三体、 6号染色体三体及双三体的花粉生活力差异达极显著水平。
The haploid tetraploid Chinese cabbage line 94051 was identified as chromosome 3 and 6 by using the method of karyotype analysis of mitotic chromosomes.
