在SC-CO2氛围中利用其在碳纳米管中较高的扩散性能,以Ni/CNTs为催化剂主体并分别添加了锌、钼、钴、铜、镧等金属元素,制备双金属催化剂。SC-CO2可将金属粒子带入碳纳米管内腔以提高金属在载体表面的分散度,从而提高催化剂的催化性能。考察了不同添加剂对反应的影响。试验证明,含有添加剂的反应体系具有更高的催化活性和选择性。
Bimetallic catalysts were prepared by using higher diffusion properties in carbon nanotubes in SC-CO2 atmosphere and Ni / CNTs as catalyst and adding metal elements such as zinc, molybdenum, cobalt, copper and lanthanum respectively. SC-CO2 can bring the metal particles into the carbon nanotube cavity to improve the dispersion of the metal on the surface of the carrier, so as to improve the catalytic performance of the catalyst. The effects of different additives on the reaction were investigated. Experiments show that the reaction system containing additives has a higher catalytic activity and selectivity.
