1 临床资料患者,女,5岁,因"发现颈前肿物10d,发热、咳嗽2d"入院.10d前患者母亲无意中发现患者颈前正中生长一无疼痛性肿物,10 d来肿物无增大,表面皮肤无溃烂,未做检查与治疗.
