根据供应商选择和评价的相关理论,结合家纺行业的发展特点和S家纺公司的实际状况,初步构建S家纺公司供应商选择和评价的方法。通过S家纺公司的实际发展特征和专家访谈获得的数据,利用层次分析法确定供应商选择的评价指标及权重因子,最后结合模糊综合评价法对数据进行定性和定量分析。通过对J、M、L3家供应商的评价和分析,与以往选择的经验相比较,明确了选择方法的科学性和有效性,为以后的实际工作提供了理论上的帮助。
According to the relevant theories of supplier selection and evaluation, combined with the development characteristics of textile industry and the actual situation of S textile company, we initially construct the method of supplier selection and evaluation for S textile company. Based on the actual development characteristics of S textile company and the data obtained through expert interviews, AHP is used to determine the evaluation index and weight factor of supplier selection. Finally, the data are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the evaluation and analysis of J, M, L3 home suppliers, compared with the experience of previous choices, the scientific and effective selection method is clarified, which provides theoretical help for future practical work.
