伴随着电力体制改革的逐渐深入,供电企业要想在电改的浪潮中继续保持自己的竞争力,就要全面认清目前的形式,审时度势,加强对人才的培训与开发,促进员工适应新形势下的发展。对员工的培训与开发,不仅是对供电企业人力资源的开发,也是提高企业生产力的必要要求。尽管目前很多的供电企业也实行了不同程度的人员培训与开发,但是都收效甚微。究其原因,大多是目前对供电企业员工的培训与开发存在着诸多的误区。针对这些误区做出相应的对策,培训与开发才能发挥实际的作用。
