The relationship between globalization and democracy is a traditional proposition in political science. Previous studies have focused on three aspects: globalization and democratic transformation, globalization and democracy, globalization and global democracy. Through reviewing the above documents, this paper proposes three problems that are common to traditional research, namely conceptual problems, hypothetical problems and paradigmatic problems. It is not hard to understand why there is a large amount of literature in this area, but at the same time there are inconsistent conclusions, and these theories often can not explain history and reality. In view of this, the author has developed a new research framework, that is, the globalization of the state-mediated dynamic allocation map, trying to make up for the lack of traditional research literature, as well as to better explain the historical and current conditions.
