目的探讨手持超声US、超声弹性成像UE及自动乳腺全容积扫描技术ABVS三者联合诊断乳腺肿块的研究价值。方法收集我院行超声检查发现并通过手术获取病理结果的乳腺肿块病人96例,参考美国放射学会良恶性标准判断肿块的良恶性,计算敏感度、特异度和准确性,并与组织病理结果进行对比统计分析。结果 US诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的敏感度82.14%,特异度85.29%,准确性84.37%;UE诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的敏感度75.00%,特异度83.82%,准确性81.25%;ABVS诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的敏感度82.14%,特异度91.18%,准确性87.50%;HHUS+UE+ABVS三者联合诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的敏感92.86%,特异度95.59%,准确性94.79%。结论三者联合诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的敏感度、特异度、准确性方面数值均大于三种检查单独使用,具有统计学意义。
Objective To investigate the value of combined diagnosis of breast tumor by hand-held ultrasound US, ultrasound elastography UE and automatic breast volume scanning ABVS. Methods Ninety-six patients with breast mass who were found by ultrasonography in our hospital and pathological results were obtained by surgery. The benign and malignant masses of the masses were determined with reference to the American Society of Radiological Criteria. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated and compared with histopathological findings Comparative statistical analysis. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of US diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 82.14%, 85.29% and 84.37%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of UE in diagnosing benign and malignant breast lesions were 75.00%, 83.82% and 81.25%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of tumor mass were 82.14%, 91.18% and 87.50%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of HHUS + UE + ABVS in diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors were 92.86%, 95.59% and 94.79% respectively. Conclusions The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses are higher than those of three kinds of tests alone and have statistical significance.
