设计多级蒸汽喷射真空泵时,必须首先选择各个级的喷射与冷凝的工作制度,然后用相应的计算方法确定必须的消耗指标与喷咀、扩散器及冷凝器的尺寸。因此,国立石油机器制造设计院所进行的蒸汽喷射真空泵的设计和规格化的工作,是从研究该型设备的十分简单、精确与完备的计算方法开始的。研究出的计算方法曾在各个真空泵试验中验证过[注1]。
When designing a multistage steam jet vacuum pump, you must first select the operating regime for injection and condensation at each stage and then use the appropriate calculation method to determine the necessary consumption figures and the dimensions of the nozzle, diffuser, and condenser. Therefore, the design and normalization of the steam jet vacuum pump conducted by the National Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Design Institute started from the very simple, accurate and complete calculation method of studying this type of equipment. The calculation method developed has been verified in various vacuum pump tests [1].
