通过对酸柚、香橙、枳、宜昌橙、酒饼5种砧木的梁平柚叶片GA3、ABA、ZT和CTK等内源激素含量的测定,以期探讨砧木影响接穗生长的内源激素作用机理。结果表明,生长激素和抑制激素含量的平衡比单一激素绝对含量对树体生长影响更重要;乔化砧酸柚、香橙使接穗表现乔化的原因是GA3/ABA、(ZT+CTK)/ABA、(ZT+CTK+GA3)/ABA值较高,矮化砧酒饼、宜昌橙则较低,半矮化砧枳则介于二者之间。
The contents of endogenous hormones such as GA3, ABA, ZT and CTK in leaves of Liangping pomelo with 5 kinds of rootstocks of acid grapefruit, orange, orange, yichang orange and wine cakes were studied in order to investigate the mechanism of endogenous hormones affecting the growth of scion . The results showed that the balance of growth hormone and inhibitory hormone content was more important than the absolute content of single hormone on the growth of the tree. The reasons for the sclerosis growth were GA3 / ABA, (ZT + CTK) / ABA, (ZT + CTK + GA3) / ABA value is higher, dwarf anise wine cake cake, Yichang orange is lower, semi-dwarfing ani trifoliata is between the two.
