为了提高拖拉机某些滑动摩擦零件的耐磨性和抗咬合性,我们对渗硫复合热处理的20CrMnTi钢的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,比较了渗碳,气体碳氮共渗,低碳马氏体强化等单一强化工艺和低温电解渗硫复合工艺处理后试样的摩擦系数、耐磨性、承载能力和磨痕形貌,考核了经渗硫复合处理拖拉机零件的使用效果。试验表明,20CrMnTi钢经适当表面强化和低温电解渗硫后,改善了表面形貌,减小了摩擦系数,显著提高了抗咬合性和耐磨性。这种工艺可有效地防止某些滑动摩擦零件由于拉毛、撕脱或咬合等粘着磨损引起的早期失效。
In order to improve the wear resistance and seizure resistance of some sliding friction parts of tractors, we studied the friction and wear properties of the 20CrMnTi steel infiltrated by sulfur infiltration. The effects of carburizing, gas carbonitriding, low carbon martensite The friction coefficient, wear resistance, load carrying capacity and wear scar morphology of the samples after the single strengthening process and the low temperature electrolytic sulfurizing composite process were evaluated. Experiments show that 20CrMnTi steel with appropriate surface strengthening and low temperature electrolysis after sulfur, improved surface morphology, reducing the coefficient of friction, significantly improved anti-seizure and wear resistance. This process effectively prevents some sliding friction parts from early failure due to sticking wear such as bristling, avulsion or bite.
