介绍了一种自主新研的用于高功率调制器的电感-电阻-电容(LRC)感性限流电路,讨论了该限流电路的设计原理、方法和在高功率调制器中的实现效果.通过与以往同等功率量级的采用纯阻式限流方式的高功率调制器进行性能比较,得出了新研LRC感性限流电路在高功率调制器降低热耗、提升效率、节约成本等方面的突出特点与综合优势.在大电流应用场合,LRC感性限流电路设计方案可取代常规的热耗较高的纯阻式限流设计方案.“,”A LRC inductive current-limiting circuit based on independent research and development,which is used in the high power modulator is introduced.The design concept and method of this circuit,as well as the final effect are discussed.By comparing with the previous design of resistance current-limiting circuit of the same power level,the features and advantages at reducing heat consumption,improving efficiency,saving cost of this design are given.In high current situation,this LRC current-limiting circuit can replace the conventional resistance current-limiting circuit with high heat consumption.
