采用聚乙烯醇乳液和聚羧酸对脱硫建筑石膏进行改性,对其改性后的强度和吸水率进行了试验研究,结果表明,聚乙烯醇乳液和聚羧酸对脱硫建筑石膏的强度和防水性具有一定的影响,同时掺加聚乙烯醇乳液和聚羧酸能够较好地提高脱硫建筑石膏的强度和防水性能,掺加4%聚乙烯醇乳液和3%聚羧酸时脱硫建筑石膏性能较优;利用扫描电子显微镜对试样进行了微观分析,探讨了聚合物对脱硫建筑石膏的作用机理,提出了固结模型。
The polyvinyl alcohol emulsion and polycarboxylic acid were used to modify the desulfurization building gypsum. The strength and water absorption of the modified gypsum were tested.
