为避免汽车材料中多溴联苯(PBBs)和多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)对人体的危害,文章利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC—MS)进行了PBBs和PBDEs分析方法的研究。通过对色谱柱选择、进样口温度、柱温箱温度及离子源温度等色谱和质谱条件的试验,得出了适合PBBs和PBDEs的分析方法。使用该方法,能够对PBBs和PBDEs进行准确定量,样品加标回收率在66%~130%,精密度小于8.45%,分析误差小于5%。
In order to avoid the harmful effects of polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) on the human body in automotive materials, the methods for the analysis of PBBs and PBDEs were studied by using gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The analytical methods suitable for PBBs and PBDEs were obtained through the experiments of chromatographic conditions such as column selection, inlet temperature, oven temperature and ion source temperature. Using this method, accurate quantification of PBBs and PBDEs was achieved. The spiked recoveries ranged from 66% to 130%. The precision was less than 8.45% and the analytical error was less than 5%.
