The laboratory had according to nicotinamide (N_c) has a strong heart, to improve the verapamil-induced atrioventricular block and sinus bradycardia, suggesting that N_c may be a slow channel activator. Recently, in the experiment of action potential (AP) of rabbit sinoatrial node cells, it was found that Nc did not increase AP phase 0 depolarization rate (V) while accelerating AP 4-phase spontaneous depolarization (SP 4).
