制备了一种新型TiO_2/SiO_2/氧化还原石墨烯(TiO_2/SiO_2/rGO)三元复合材料,并对该复合材料的晶型结构、功能基团、元素化学性质、表面形貌和吸附效果进行了表征和分析,研究了其对阳离子染料[亚甲基蓝(MB)、罗丹明B(RhB)]与阴离子染料[甲基橙(MO)]的吸附降解效果,并比较了不同配比材料对MO的吸附降解作用。结果表明:TiO_2/SiO_2/rGO三元复合材料对不同染料都具有较高的光催化活性,其中对MO的光催化吸附降解效果更好。rGO∶(TiO_2/SiO_2)=1∶1(质量比)时,三元复合材料的光催化性能最佳,最大光催化吸附降解效率可达86%。
A novel TiO 2 / SiO 2 / redox graphene (TiO 2 / SiO 2 / rGO) ternary composite was prepared and the crystal structure, functional groups, elemental chemistry, surface morphology and adsorption of the composite were investigated. The adsorption and degradation of cationic dyes [MB, RhB] and anionic dyes [methyl orange (MO)] were studied. The effects of different materials on MO Adsorption degradation. The results show that TiO 2 / SiO 2 / rGO ternary composite has higher photocatalytic activity for different dyes, and photocatalytic degradation of MO is better. The photocatalytic activity of ternary composites is the best when rGO: (TiO 2 / SiO 2) = 1: 1 (mass ratio), and the maximum photocatalytic degradation efficiency can reach 86%.
