SOC型油田注水水质在线监测仪的主要作用是实时检测注入水中油、悬浮物及铁离子的含量。主要测试原理是：以光吸收及散射原理检测水中的油和悬浮物，以离子选择性电极原理检测水中的铁离子。测试仪主要是由测量变送器和二次仪表组成。试验结果表明，该仪器可实时连续地监测注入水中油、悬浮物和铁离子的含量，检测误差为：油3％，悬浮物5％，铁离子5％。
SOC-type oilfield water quality online monitor’s main role is to real-time detection of water injected into the oil, suspended solids and iron content. The main test principle is: the principle of light absorption and scattering detection of water in the oil and suspended solids, ion-selective electrode principle of detecting iron in water. Tester is mainly composed of measuring transmitter and secondary instrument. The test results show that the instrument can continuously and continuously monitor the content of oil, suspended solids and iron ions in water injected. The detection errors are as follows: oil 3%, suspended solids 5% and iron ions 5%.
