富春江水电厂始建于５０ 年代后期， １９６８ 年首台发电机组投产， ８０ 年代后期开始对自动化系统进行改造。由于原有的计算机监控系统是在９０ 年代初开发投运的， 因受当时技术条件的限制， 在功能上存在一些问题。为扩大计算机监控系统的功能， 实行全厂开关站和公用系统的终端实时监控， 进一步提高电厂发电控制水平， 对计算机监控系统进行了升级改造。经过多方调研和综合比校， 采用了南京南瑞公司的 Ｓ Ｓ Ｊ３０００ 型计算机监控系统； 并对有关的基础自动化元件或装置进行了相应的改造 Fuchunjiang Hydropower Plant was built in the late 1950s. The first generator set was put into operation in 1968 and the automation system was retrofitted in the late 1980s. As the original computer monitoring system was developed and put into operation in the early 1990s, due to the technical conditions at the time restrictions, there are some problems in function. To expand the function of computer monitoring system, the implementation of real-time monitoring of the entire plant switchgear and public terminal system to further improve the power plant control level, the computer monitoring system was upgraded. After many investigations and comprehensive school, using Nanjing NARI company S S J  3000 type of computer monitoring system; and the relevant basic automation components or devices were modified accordingly
