对某汽车座椅骨架焊接车间存在的职业病危害因素进行调查,确定主要职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、一氧化碳、锰及其无机化合物、噪声、电焊弧光。电焊烟尘、噪声的合格率分别为87.0%、68.8%,提示企业应尽可能将手工焊接替换为机器人焊接,同时合理设置通风除尘设施,并将该车间产生高噪声的岗位进行单独布置,可大大降低职业危害。
