根据误差理论和现场数据统计分析,可认为轨道几何参数误差呈正态分布,将无砟轨道各施工阶段的误差源组成进行了简单剖析,定量或定性地分析了制造产生的误差、测量仪器系统误差、施工操作误差、混凝土浇筑产生的影响误差,提出选择合理施工方案、重视扣件系统管理和保证轨道测量可靠等是使合成误差尽可能降低的控制措施。
According to the error theory and the field data statistical analysis, the errors of the orbital geometry parameters can be considered as a normal distribution. The error source components in each construction stage of the ballastless orbit are simply analyzed. The errors caused by manufacturing are quantitatively or qualitatively analyzed. The measuring instrument system Errors, errors in construction operation, errors caused by concrete pouring, proposed selection of a reasonable construction program, emphasis on fastener system management and assurance of orbital measurement reliability are the control measures to minimize the synthetic error.
