通过分析我国餐饮业食品安全存在的问题,提出相应的建议对策,有利于加强食品卫生执法效能和监督能力,提高我国餐饮业食品安全水平,保障人民群众饮食环节的食品质量。
By analyzing the existing problems of food safety in China’s catering industry, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, which are conducive to strengthening the efficiency and supervision ability of food hygiene enforcement, raising the food safety level in China’s catering industry, and ensuring the food quality of the people’s diet.
