陶瓷粉末大多属于难分解试样。为避免熔剂的沾污及尽量使前处理简单方便,又考虑到化学制备的陶瓷超细粉料所固有的特性:颗粒细(<1μ),组成稳定而均匀等,我们研究了以粉末悬浮体进样直接测定ZrO_2超细粉末中的微量元素的ICP—AES分析法。在水—甘油介质中用超声波分散粉末的团聚体,制成均匀的悬浮液。通过自制Babi-ngton的型V形槽雾化器,将悬浮液喷入雾室及ICP矩管,直接测定固体粉末中的微量元素。
Most of the ceramic powder is difficult to decompose the sample. In order to avoid flux contamination and try to make the pretreatment simple and convenient, but also taking into account the inherent characteristics of the chemical preparation of ceramic ultrafine powder: fine particles (<1μ), the composition is stable and uniform, we studied the powder suspension Direct Determination of Microelements in ZrO_2 Ultrafine Powders by Injecting ICP-AES Method. The agglomerates of the powders are dispersed ultrasonically in a water-glycerol medium to make a homogeneous suspension. Through the self-made Babi-ngton V-shaped slot nebulizer, the suspension is sprayed into the mist chamber and the ICP tube to directly measure the trace elements in the solid powder.
