针对煤矿井下钻机深孔钻进破岩效率问题,结合73 mm国产螺杆马达的实验数据,采用SPSS多元回归分析原理及模型,对螺杆马达的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,螺杆马达钻速与流量及泵压均呈近似线性关系,得到了螺杆马达的转速方程,且该方程预测值的平均相对误差为5.28%,有较高的准确性;利用石油钻井领域方法,提出了深孔千米钻机破岩参数的优化办法,对实际钻进过程中的参数设置具有一定理论指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of deep hole drilling and rock breaking efficiency in coal mine drilling rigs, combining with the experimental data of 73 mm domestic screw motor, the influencing factors of the screw motor are analyzed by the principle and model of SPSS multiple regression analysis. The results show that the screw motor speed is proportional to the flow rate and pump pressure. The rotational speed equation of the screw motor is obtained. The average relative error of the predicted value is 5.28% Method, and puts forward the optimization method of rock breaking parameters of deep-hole km drilling rig, which has certain theoretical significance for the parameter setting in the actual drilling process.
