目的通过改良外周血淋巴细胞培养和染色体G显带标本制备的技术,节约成本和时间,提高染色体诊断的效率,且能保证诊断质量。方法缩短培养时间,烤片温度与时间改为50℃过夜,提高胰蛋白酶浓度,并与常规操作制片对比制片效果。结果技术改良后的制片效果与常规技术制片效果一致,重复性好,结果稳定。结论技术改良切实可行,应用改良技术可节省人力、缩短染色体诊断时间,提高诊断效率。
OBJECTIVE To improve the diagnostic efficiency of chromosomes and to ensure the quality of diagnosis by improving the technology of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture and preparation of chromosome G banding samples, saving cost and time. Methods to shorten the incubation time, baking temperature and time to 50 ℃ overnight, increase trypsin concentration, and compared with the conventional production of film production. Results The technically improved film preparation effect is consistent with the conventional film production technique with good repeatability and stable results. Conclusion The technical improvement is feasible. The application of improved technology can save manpower, shorten the time of chromosomal diagnosis and improve the diagnostic efficiency.
