应用电化学分析、高效液相色谱、紫外 可见光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振等技术对邻苯二胺 (OPD) H2 O2 辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)伏安酶联免疫分析体系的酶催化反应进行了详细深入的研究 .用化学方法制得了HRP酶催化H2 O2 氧化OPD的产物纯品 .伏安法和高效液相色谱实验说明 ,在所选择的酶催化反应条件下 ,酶催化反应只生成一种产物 ;经紫外 可见光谱 ,红外光谱和13 C核磁共振谱鉴定 ,产物为 2 ,3 二氨基吩嗪 .写出了酶催化反应过程 ,同时对酶催化反应产物的电极还原过程也进行了研究
The enzymatic catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) voltammetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of o-phenylenediamine (OPD) H2O2 by electrochemical techniques, high performance liquid chromatography, UV-vis, IR and 1H NMR Reaction was studied in detail.HPP was used to catalyze the oxidation of OPD with H2O2 to produce purified pure product.The results of voltammetry and high performance liquid chromatography showed that under the conditions of the selected enzyme catalyzed reaction, A product was obtained.The product was identified as 2, 3 diaminophenazine by UV-vis, IR and13C NMR spectra.It was also reported that the enzymatic reaction process was carried out and the electrode reduction process of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction product was also carried out Study
