本文针对1350板坯连铸机钢包回转台结构的设计要求,用有限元法研究了连杆式转臂回转台的强度和刚度,及其关键部件的力特征,全面展示了回转台结构的应力场和位移场。从结构承载方式出发,比较了连杆式和直臂式两种转臂结构回转台的力行为,为回转台及其关键部件的合理设计、新型回转台结构形式的产生,提供了必需的参考数据,具有一定指导意义。
