对中频感应提拉法生长的不同掺杂浓度的Yb∶YAG晶体的比热和导热性能进行了测试。表明Yb3 +离子的掺杂导致了晶体比热的减小和晶体导热性能的降低 ,并认为导热性能降低是Yb3 +掺杂产生的晶格畸变导致的
The specific heat and thermal conductivity of Yb: YAG crystals doped with different doping concentrations were studied by means of the mid-frequency induction pulling method. It is indicated that the doping of Yb3 + ions leads to the decrease of the specific heat of the crystal and the decrease of the thermal conductivity of the crystal, and the reduction of the thermal conductivity is the result of the lattice distortion caused by the Yb3 + doping
