文章以南京A房地产公司为例,通过分析其直线经理主导下绩效考核存在的问题及原因,提出在人力资源部缺失情况下建立以办公室为核心的计划和考核体系,并提供相应实施对策。
Taking Nanjing A Real Estate Company as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal under the guidance of its linear manager and puts forward the plan and appraisal system with offices as the core under the condition of lack of human resources department, and provides corresponding countermeasures.
