本文选取了一种客体:电缆,两类工具:电缆剪(包括棘轮电缆剪)和断线钳(包括液压断线钳)。电缆剪与断线钳都是剪切能力较强的工具,广泛的应用于建筑与通信设备等行业。由于其有破坏力强、操作简单并且容易获得等特点,所以往往成为盗割电缆的犯罪工具。无论是电缆剪还是断线钳,剪切单一客体(如锁梁)所形成痕迹已有了大量的研究。但电缆区别于一般的锁梁或钢筋等客体,它里面一般由多股电线组成,外面是PVC的外包胶皮。剪切时由于挤压力的作用,各股电线之间容易发生滑动和移位,使得在断头上形成的痕迹有所区别。上文已经对每一类钳剪工具所形成痕迹的共同特征和不同点做了分析,下面再进行纵向的比对,总结普通电缆剪、棘轮电缆剪、普通断线钳和液压断线钳这4种工具的形痕区别。
This article chooses an object: cable, two types of tools: cable cutter (including ratchet cable cutter) and bolt cutters (including hydraulic bolt cutters). Cable cutters and bolt cutters are cutting tools, which are widely used in the construction and communications equipment industries. Because of its destructive, easy to operate and easy to get other features, it is often become a criminal tool to cut the cable. Either cable shears or bolt cutters, a great deal of research has been conducted on the traces formed by shearing a single object, such as a locking beam. But the cable is different from the general lock beam or steel and other objects, which usually consists of multi-strand wires, the outside is PVC outsourcing rubber. Shear due to the role of extrusion pressure, prone to slip between the various lines and shift wire, making the formation of the marks on the broken head are different. The common features and differences of the traces formed by each type of pliers and cutters have been analyzed above.
