混凝土成熟度通常用来描述混凝土强度成长与其养护温度和时间的关系,在混凝土面板摊铺后早期(72h内),板体在水化热作用下,易产生温度应力,当应力超过其即时强度时,混凝土面板就会开裂。笔者旨在将成熟度理论引入混凝土早期的裂缝预测中,借助成熟度理论所得到的混凝土面板早期弯拉强度曲线与面板早期的温度监控所得到的温度应力进行对比来找出混凝土早期开裂的规律,以此来制定相应的预防措施。
