尽管对药物代谢的研究已经历了很长时间,但对中药成分代谢研究还是最近几十年的事情。特别是对中药成分代谢化学的研究,只是在近十几年里才越来越引起人们的重视。在此之前,我国科技工作者所进行的代谢研究工作主要集中在药物代谢动力学方面。本文概括了近十年来国内中药成分代谢化学研究,希望对从事或将从事这方面工作的同事有所帮助。1 各类化合物的代谢研究1.1 萜类化合物青蒿素及其衍生物。青蒿素为从菊科黄花蒿(Artemisia annua L.)中分得的具有过氧键的新型倍半萜内酯(Ⅰ).大量动物实验证明Ⅰ为高效、速效、低毒的抗疟新药。当给人口服青蒿素后,除部分以原型在粪便中检出外,从尿中可以分离到四个代谢物。实验证明它们
Although the study of drug metabolism has been going on for a long time, it is still a matter of recent decades for the study of metabolism of Chinese herbal medicines. In particular, the research on the metabolic chemistry of Chinese medicine ingredients has only attracted more and more attention in the past decade or so. Prior to this, the metabolic research work conducted by Chinese science and technology workers was mainly focused on pharmacokinetics. This article summarizes the research on the metabolic chemistry of Chinese medicines in the past decade and hopes to help colleagues who are engaged in or will work in this area. 1 Metabolic studies of various types of compounds 1.1 Terpenoid artemisinin and its derivatives. Artemisinin is a novel sesquiterpene lactone (I) derived from Artemisia annua L. with a peroxy bond. A large number of animal experiments have shown that I is an effective, fast-acting, low-toxic antimalarial drug. .
