目的观察防蚴灵防护剂对兔反复经皮给药1个月的毒性反应,评价其安全性。方法 40只兔随机分为溶媒对照组和防蚴灵防护剂低、中、高剂量组,对照组给予葵花籽油,各剂量组分别按50、300、2 000 mg/kg经皮肤给予防蚴灵防护剂,每天1次,连续4周。观察兔的一般状况、皮肤刺激性反应、体重、摄食量、血液、血液生化、脏器系数及组织病理学变化。结果低、中、高剂量的防蚴灵防护剂对兔一般情况无明显影响;对照组和防蚴灵防护剂低剂量组的所有兔皮肤未见明显改变,中剂量组有2只、高剂量组有4只兔的皮肤可见轻度刺激性;高剂量防蚴灵防护剂对兔体重和摄食量有一定的抑制作用;各剂量防蚴灵防护剂对兔血液、血液生化和脏器均无明显影响。结论防蚴灵防护剂50 mg/kg为无毒性反应剂量。
Objective To observe the anti-lacticotrophic protective agent on rabbits repeated transdermal drug toxicity for 1 month, evaluate its safety. There were 2 rabbits in middle dose group and high dose Group 4 rabbits showed mild irritant skin; high doses of anti-lacticotrophic protective agent on rabbit body weight and food intake have a certain inhibitory effect; each dose of anti-lacticotrophic protective agent on rabbit blood, blood biochemistry and organs were Clearly affected. Conclusion Anti-lacteal antiprotective agent 50 mg / kg is a non-toxic reaction dose.
