我国现行高校辅导员绩效考核体系发展不成熟,存在考核指标体系设计混乱等诸多问题,这些问题已经严重影响了对高校辅导员绩效考核的效果,一定程度上打击了辅导员的工作积极性。本文希望通过对360度绩效考核的简单分析,为高校辅导员的绩效考核提供参考,促进高校绩效考核体系的不断完善。
