广泛使用因特网给国家经济政策带来许多新问题。不过总的来说，使用因特网所带来的技术进步以及国内和国际分工的加强，将会促进经济和福利的增长。对于国家经济政策来说，广泛使用因特网既是挑战也是机遇。
The widespread use of the Internet has brought many new problems to national economic policies. In general, however, the technological advances brought about by the Internet and the strengthening of domestic and international division of labor will promote economic and welfare growth. For national economic policies, extensive use of the Internet is both a challenge and an opportunity.
