铂重整的原料经常带有少量的硫化物和氮化物。为了考察这些化合物对各种重整反应的影响,我们选择了几种硫化物与氮化物,把它们分别加入试验用的单体烃中。这些试验对于研究铂重整催化剂活性中心特性以及过程机理的某些问题都有意义。在试验中采用了硫酚,噻吩,二丙基硫醚,正丁基硫醇,二丁基二硫化物,吡啶和吡咯等作为环己烷和正庚烷的添加物。硫酚加在环己烷中进行脱氢的试验证明,甚至加0.01%硫(按元素硫计算)就可使脱氢程度降低一半。
Raw materials for platinum reforming often carry small amounts of sulfides and nitrides. In order to examine the effect of these compounds on various reforming reactions, we selected several sulfides and nitrides, which were added separately to the test monomeric hydrocarbons. These tests are of great significance for the study of some issues in the activity center characteristics of platinum reforming catalysts and the process mechanism. Thiophenol, thiophene, dipropyl sulfide, n-butyl mercaptan, dibutyl disulfide, pyridine and pyrrole, etc., were used as additives for cyclohexane and n-heptane in the experiments. Experiments on the dehydrogenation of thiophenol in cyclohexane demonstrate that the degree of dehydrogenation can be halved even with 0.01% sulfur calculated as elemental sulfur.
