OBJECTIVE: To observe and explore the clinical value of ultrasonographic measurement of the thickness of fetal cervical transparent layer in prenatal diagnosis in early pregnancy. Methods: One hundred and fourteen pregnant women who underwent systematic prenatal ultrasound screening during the first trimester of pregnancy were selected from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital. The thickness of the neck transparent layer in the experimental group (<59 mm) was <2.5 mm , Control group of fetuses (59 cases) neck transparent layer thickness ≥ 2.5mm, all the fetus head and hip diameter, venous catheter flow spectrum and neck transparent layer thickness and other items of inspection, and the fetal neck transparent layer thickness ≥ 2.5mm Pregnant women given late ultrasound review, observation and comparison between two groups of fetal neck transparent layer thickness and the relationship between abnormal pregnancy. Results: The incidence of abnormal pregnancy in the control group was 71.18%, the incidence of abnormal pregnancy in the experimental group was 6.77%, the incidence of abnormal pregnancy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant The increase of the thickness of the transparent layer shows a positive correlation with the incidence of abnormal pregnancy. CONCLUSION: The thickness of fetal neck transparent layer measured by ultrasound in early pregnancy has significant value in prenatal diagnosis. The thickness of neck transparent layer is correlated with the incidence of abnormal pregnancy, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
