利用各种传感器构成的功能电刺激(FES)系统被广泛应用于纠正足下垂疾患中。然而目前的系统仅局限于行走过程的研究而忽略了日常生活中经常出现的如上下楼梯、蹲、坐、躺和卧等动作。本文首次将双轴角度传感器用于足下垂FES系统中。使用双轴角度传感器后不仅可以在正常行走时完成刺激,而且能识别日常蹲、坐、躺和卧等动作,在检测出这些动作时自动关闭刺激系统,同时还可以检测跌倒等危险动作。在本文设计的检测试验中,在正常行走、坐-站、上楼梯、下楼梯和蹲-站等日常动作中,检测成功率分别达到100%、81.9%、95.8%、99.0%和66.9%。
Functional electrical stimulation (FES) systems using various sensors are widely used to correct foot sagging disorders. However, the current system is limited to the study of the walking process and overlooks the frequent movements such as going up and down the stairs, squatting, sitting, lying and lying in daily life. This article for the first time uses a biaxial angle sensor in a foot-sag FES system. The use of dual-axis angle sensor not only can stimulate the normal walking, but also identify the daily squat, sit, lie and lying and other actions, in the detection of these movements automatically shut down the stimulation system, but also can detect dangerous movements such as falls. In the test designed in this paper, the detection success rates were 100%, 81.9%, 95.8%, 99.0% and 66.9% respectively in the daily activities such as normal walking, sitting - standing, going upstairs, going down stairs and squatting - standing.
