长期以来我国学界对人力资源开发的研究大多只是从微观角度入手,以“培训”来涵盖。适应现代化建设对人才培养的需要,人力资源开发的内涵应该拓展。文章从宏观角度阐述了对人力资源开发的主体、内容、开发的形式和方法拓展的探讨。
For a long time our scholars in the field of human resources development mostly mostly from a micro perspective, to “training ” to cover. To meet the need of personnel training for modernization, the connotation of human resources development should be expanded. The article expounds the exploration of the main body, content, the form and method of the development of human resource development from the macroscopic point of view.
