多部位罹患原发性癌临床上少见，笔者所见1例，一生中45年间先后4次患原发性癌、l次转移性癌。至今暮暮之年，身体状况良好，实属罕见，现报道如下。患者女，78岁。1951年（33岁）因接触性阴道流血，经妇科检查确诊为子宫颈癌而入院，活检为鳞状上皮癌，之后行镭疗治愈。1985年 It is clinically rare to have primary cancer in multiple sites. The author has seen one patient. He suffered four primary cancers and one metastatic cancer four times during his 45-year life. In recent years, it has been in a very good condition and it is rare. It is reported as follows. The patient is 78 years old. In 1951 (33 years old) admitted to hospital because of contact vaginal bleeding, gynecological examination diagnosed as cervical cancer, biopsy was squamous cell carcinoma, followed by radium therapy. 1985
