本文采用自组织理论从演化的角度研究数字信息资源管理,分析了数字信息资源管理的自组织动态演化过程,同时明确了数字信息资源管理自组织演化必须具备的条件、演化的动力和规律。为了使数字信息资源管理自组织演化成功,必须注意创造形成数字信息资源管理耗散结构的条件,使数字信息资源管理成为一个活系统;还要注意数字信息资源管理系统内部各要素之间进行合适的竞争和有机的协同,保证数字信息资源管理自组织演化顺利进行。
This paper uses self-organization theory to study the management of digital information resources from the perspective of evolution and analyzes the self-organization dynamic evolution of digital information resources management.
