目的:探讨高原老年人心脏瓣膜钙化发生的相关因素。方法:收集近6年来65例经超声心动图和X线片诊断的主动脉瓣、二尖瓣、瓣膜式瓣环钙化为一组,无心脏瓣膜钙化的72例为对照组。比较两组高原老年人主要临床特征及并发症。结果:高原老年人瓣膜钙化组年龄偏低,并且瓣膜钙化组体重指数、高血压及冠心病与对照组比较差别非常有显著性(P<0.01),糖尿病、高脂血症差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:高原缺氧、高血压、冠心病及体重指数可能增加老年人心脏瓣膜钙化的发生,而糖尿病、高脂血症也有关系。
Objective: To investigate the related factors of heart valve calcification in the elderly at high altitude. Methods: Totally 65 cases of aortic, mitral and valve annulus were diagnosed by echocardiography and radiography in the past 6 years. A group of 72 cases without calcification of heart valve were selected as the control group. The main clinical features and complications of the elderly in two groups were compared. Results: The age of valvular calcification group was significantly lower in elderly patients with valvular calcification group than in control group (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia P <0.05). Conclusion: High altitude hypoxia, hypertension, coronary heart disease and body mass index may increase the incidence of heart valve calcification in the elderly, and diabetes and hyperlipidemia are also related.
