通过周浸实验对普通Q345B钢和含有微量稀土铈(Ce)和镧(La)的Q345BRE钢在模拟海洋大气腐蚀环境下,进行了耐腐蚀性能比较。利用失重和电化学方法进行两者的腐蚀速率比较,利用SEM和XRD分析了两者腐蚀形貌和锈层的特征。结果表明:加入混合稀土铈和镧的Q345B钢的腐蚀速率小于普通的Q345B钢,且腐蚀形貌也发生了变化。锈层分析结果表明,两类钢的内锈层组成均为Fe3O4,Fe2O3和少量的非晶化合物,但添加复合稀土铈和镧的Q345钢表面的锈层比普通的Q345B钢更致密。
The corrosion resistance of Q345BRE steel with ordinary rare earth cerium (Ce) and lanthanum (La) was compared with that of Q345BRE steel by simulating the atmospheric corrosion of the atmosphere. The corrosion rates of the two were compared by weight loss and electrochemical methods. The corrosion morphology and the rust layer characteristics were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the corrosion rate of Q345B steel with mixed rare earth cerium and lanthanum is smaller than that of ordinary Q345B steel, and the corrosion morphology also changes. The results of rust layer analysis showed that the internal rust layers of Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and a small amount of amorphous compounds were found in both types of steel, but the rust layer of Q345 steel with composite rare earth cerium and lanthanum was denser than ordinary Q345B steel.
