本文将圆柱直纹螺旋面的形成过程简化成直母线绕固定轴线作螺旋运动的过程。按直母线是否与固定轴线相交,将圆柱直纹螺旋面分成护线螺旋面与护轴螺旋面两大类。分析得到两种护线螺旋面、七种护轴螺旋面,共九种直纹螺旋面。护轴螺旋面的不同类型可由类型判别系数λ的值所处的不同区间直接判定。而类型判别系数λ的值由螺旋面的基本参数螺旋面导程h、刀刃斜角a、导圆半径r_d综合确定。最后导出了圆柱直纹螺旋面的通用方程式。
In this paper, the process of forming a straight cylindrical helical surface is simplified as a helical movement of a straight busbar about a fixed axis. According to whether the straight line intersects with the fixed axis, the cylindrical surface of the helical surface is divided into a helical helical surface and the helical surface of the two major categories. Two types of helical helixes and seven types of helical helixes were obtained and analyzed. Nine kinds of helical helixes were analyzed. The different types of helical guarding axis can be directly determined by the different sections where the value of the type discrimination coefficient λ is located. The value of the type discrimination coefficient λ is determined by the basic parameters of the helical surface, such as helical surface lead h, bevel edge a, and radius r_d. Finally, we derive the general equation of cylindrical straight helical surface.
