目的 凯扶兰片剂口服用于会阴侧切术后镇痛。方法:选取265例经阴道分娩的初产妇,随机分为两组,用药组128例和对照组107例,用药组术后2小时口服凯扶兰片剂50mg,对照组术后常规不用药,参照世界卫生组织疼痛指标的标准分级并按照镇痛效果进行观察。结果:用药组服药后平均35分钟可有不同程度的止痛效果,止痛持续时间平均在6小时,其中用药组服药前Ⅰ级疼痛者38例,Ⅱ级疼痛者76例,Ⅲ级疼痛者14例,服药后109例疼痛缓解,显效率85.16％,17例基本缓解,有效率14.84％,总有效率100％,而对照组疼痛均在Ⅰ—Ⅲ级。结论:经临床对比观察,凯扶兰服用方便,安全,止痛效果好,可做为会阴侧切术后的镇痛剂。
Purpose Kaifulan tablets for oral analgesia after perineal episiotomy. Methods: 265 cases of vaginal delivery of primiparous women were randomly divided into two groups, 128 cases in the treatment group and 107 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group received 50 mg of calfate tablets 2 hours after operation, Reference to the WHO criteria for the classification of pain indicators and observe the analgesic effect. Results: After taking the medicine for an average of 35 minutes, the analgesic effect was relieved to a certain degree. The duration of analgesia was 6 hours on average. Among them, 38 cases of grade Ⅰ pain, 76 cases of grade Ⅱ pain, 14 cases of grade Ⅲ pain , After taking 109 cases of pain relief, effective rate was 85.16%, 17 cases of basic remission, the effective rate of 14.84%, the total effective rate of 100%, while the control group were in grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ. CONCLUSION: The clinical observation shows that Cymbidium is easy to use, safe and has good analgesic effect. It can be used as an analgesic after perineal episiotomy.
