目的:观察异型南五味子总三萜的急性毒性反应。方法:取昆明小鼠180只,预实验找出给药的最大全不死剂量(LD0)和最小全死剂量(LD100),计算出正式实验的组间比。预实验无法测出全死剂量则进行最大给药量(MLD)的实验。结果:预实验未测出全死剂量,进行最大给药量(MLD)实验,给小鼠灌胃一定浓度的总三萜溶液,未发现可致试验小鼠毒性症状,无一死亡,经小鼠急毒MLD试验考察,得到总三萜溶液的MLD值为40.0 g·kg-1·d-1。。结论:异型南五味子总三萜对动物急性毒性实验的毒理学研究,在治疗剂量范围内用药安全。
Objective: To observe the acute toxicity of total triterpene of Schisandra chinensis.
